Assemble 9.50am Start 10.00am.
Persons entering in the wheelie section, enter to enjoy each other's company not race. No medals
are awarded nor times allocated.
BIB COLLECTION
Collect your bib number from the Sportsmans Warehouse
in Baylis St from Monday August 29th until Saturday 10th September.
Out of towners ONLY can collect bibs at Apex Park Hall from 9.30 to 10.00am on event day.
Runners and walkers have a yellow bib number.
Wheelie entries have a blue bib number.
COURSE
See Map. The course encompasses the levee bank of the Murrumbidgee River.
You will be directed away from the runner’s finish area on Tarcutta street to a Bike Finish Shute.
SAFETY
Please complete personal details on back of bib number!
You will be escorted this year by Bicycle Wagga Wagga. You are to remain behind your escort at all times.
There is a steep down hill section from the top of Copland street. Please take care and look after younger riders. Take extra care on the levee bank!
BUS TRANSPORT
Buses courtesy of Busabout depart from the Tourist Information Centre for Lake Albert at regular intervals from 9.00am until 9.45am prior to the event. Buses leave The Tourist Information Centre for return to Lake Albert at regular intervals from 11.30am to 1.30pm after the event.
PRESENTATIONS for RUNNERS ONLY
The presentations will take place as soon as the results are compiled around 12.00 pm. Medals
will be presented by the Mayor of Wagga Wagga, assisted by Miss Wagga Wagga and Community Princess to all category place getters.
